Are you a counsellor looking to build your confidence and skills in working with trauma, PTSD, and complex trauma?
Navigating trauma work requires a solid grasp of nervous system regulation, pacing, and safe processing. Whether you are learning to assess EMDR readiness, looking to integrate other therapeutic interventions, or navigating the complexities of dissociation, supervision offers a practical, collaborative space to grow your practice.
In our sessions, we will focus on translating trauma theory into safe, effective clinical application. Together, we can deconstruct challenging cases, fine-tune your interventions, and ensure you have the grounding and support needed to do this deep work sustainably.
My goal is to help you develop your specialised skills so you can support your clients' healing without burning out in the process.
Supervision Fee
$150 per 60-minute session in-person in Narre Warren or via Telehealth.
