Cost is a real consideration, and you shouldn't have to guess. Whether you're coming to me for trauma, anxiety, or anything else on this site, individual sessions are one simple fee, with couples work priced separately. What you see below is what you pay. Rebate and WorkSafe options are explained clearly further down.

Investment
We know that cost is a genuine consideration and we believe that quality support should be as accessible as possible.
Investing in your mental health is one of the most meaningful steps you can take. At Thoughtful Strides, fees are kept transparent and fair so you can focus on what matters most.
Payment for in-person sessions is taken after the session. Telehealth sessions require payment before the session via direct deposit.

Thoughtful Strides is a registered WorkSafe Victoria counselling provider. If you have been referred for counselling through WorkSafe Victoria, your sessions are fully funded by WorkSafe at no out-of-pocket cost to you.
To access counselling through WorkSafe Victoria you will need:
- A valid WorkSafe Victoria claim number
- A referral or approval from your WorkSafe case manager
- Confirmation that counselling has been approved as part of your treatment plan
Once your referral is in place, please contact us directly and we will take care of the rest. Sessions are available in person in Narre Warren or via telehealth across Victoria. If you are unsure whether you are eligible, feel free to get in touch and we will be happy to help you navigate it.
